Policies & Fees
To maintain an equitable approach to mental health care, I strive to accommodate individuals' financial needs. My full fee is $150 per 50-minute session. I recognize that this cost may not be feasible for many clients, so I offer a sliding scale fee for self-pay individuals. If you are able to pay the full fee of $150, I kindly ask that we adhere to this rate. If not, the only requirement to access the sliding scale is that you ask.

(50-MINUTES): $150
(50-MINUTES): Negotiable Sliding Scale
Couples
A 50-minute or 90-minute session that provides a healthy and safe space for individuals to explore their emotions and foster healthy communication.
(50 MINUTES): $170
(90 MINUTES): $200
I accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Cards will be added to the client portal, and charges will be processed at the end of the session.
Insurance
I am in-network with the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), specifically Health Share Oregon and Care Oregon. If you wish to use insurance outside of my network, please check your insurance policy regarding reimbursements for out-of-network providers before the appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged the full rate.
Biller Information
Please remember, it is your responsibility to verify your insurance benefits and ensure that all information uploaded is correct and current. If the information is not accurate, you will be charged the full out-of-pocket rate for the session. All details provided are subject to change based on your insurance plan.
Super Bill
A superbill is a detailed document that allows clients to submit claims directly to their insurance company. It includes information similar to an insurance claim form, such as the date of service, procedure codes, and the total balance due.
Counseling services may be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits, medical spending, or health savings accounts. Since health insurance plans and benefits vary, please contact your insurance provider to inquire about reimbursement for out-of-network counseling services.
If you would like to explore the possibility of reimbursement for out-of-network coverage, please review your policy carefully and ask your provider the following questions: -I would like to see a therapist who is out-of-network. How can I obtain reimbursement for therapy with an out-of- network provider. - How much does my plan cover for out-of-network mental health providers? - What is my deductible, and has it been met? - What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
